conditions mentioned in your previous few posts :

新秀的资格：年龄30岁或以下，棋艺水平有实力与潜能者，以“乙级”为限。

1）选手的时间是否允许；
2）选手是否愿意；
3）各棋队的代表人数；
4）理事会的最后筛选。

My suggestion is try to get all clubs to help you to do the first round of screening so that you can spend more times on those players not from any club.

As mentioned, no reply for the questions in this website in future including this one since you are not happy.
