新秀的资格：年龄30岁或以下，棋艺水平有实力与潜能者，以“乙级”为限。

1）选手的时间是否允许；
2）选手是否愿意；
3）各棋队的代表人数；
4）理事会的最后筛选。

priority could be given members of SIXGA, this is one of the ways to encourage more players to join SIXGA as members ......
