为了考虑落选新秀的感受与避免有人无故生端 (are these the reasons for not releasing the lists for international events by SIXGA in the past few years ??? please remember "not free" could be one of the reasons for 落选, as supporters, we like to know the list early.)

Personally, I feel that you still do not understand the concern

初选名单 -- you can ask for nomination here but it is courtesy to inform all 棋队领队
by phone or SMS for nominations if any

The timing to release 名单 -- since you asked for nomination here previously and you have released
宿将的名单, furthermore, 新秀的名单已经落定

should release now

I hope this is not "无故生端".
