今天早上测量了一下各方面数据,作为阶段性成果。
体重X,Day0 X+2.9kg=>Day15 X+3.2kg=>Day35 X+2.2kg=>Day50 X+1.8kg
体脂Y%,Day0 Y+2.4%=>Day15没测=>Day35 Y+1.2%=>Day50 Y+0.8%
腰围Zcm,Day0 Z+2cm=>Day15 Z+2cm=>Day35 Z+1cm=>Day50 Z+1cm
总结:体重下降1.1kg
体脂下降1.6%
腰围小了1cm
体脂还是不准的赶脚……
体重从开始到现在下降1.1kg?
