Generally, learning from private tutor will take longer time, but less money but it depends on whether you could pass at first time.
The advantage of private tutor is that you have one tutor who knows your bad habbit and could directly train you to the goal of the test. the time of learning is also flexible. Not like in BBDC, you paid, you won't go, then money goest their pocket. For private one, you don't go , you won't pay. you pay before the time you put the 1st gear and ready to move off.

But for those who wanna get licence very quickly, you can resort to BBDC, it is money sucker, but very efficient in getting licence ( I mean very soon ,you could get the test date, and if you failed , you can get the coming one soon, but the efficient not mean they will make it easier to pass).
