Or even the people answering you is not the one who rejected you. They can provide you a routine answer, which is applied to all people. Use you time, try other companies. By the way, your call will give them an impression that you are not professional.

Find out the interviewer's namecard and give him a PERSONAL call instead of a business call; take him as a mentor in your career rather than interviewer. Never call the number in the reject letter or found on the company website. (If you don't have his name card, give up the idea of calling and ask for one next time.) 2. a rejection is quite commonotherwise there's no need for doing a test... basically it can be interpreted as your insuficiency in meeting their requirement. think about what will you do, if you are HR of the company, and when you face with thousands of applicants over the internet. how to pick up a small group that have greatest potential of being the employee they want. or rather, ask yourself, what advantages do you possess and which of them have you (or have you not) demonstrated over other applicants through the test? if you reeally think you deserve the job, and they are making a mistake rejecting you, prepare, go talk to them, and prove them wrong.

如果是考后10分钟就收到信的话，应该是online test做得不好如果online test的分数达到的话，过段时间HR就会发信给你，这样就可以打电话问了。。。
