a rejection is quite commonotherwise there's no need for doing a test... basically it can be interpreted as your insuficiency in meeting their requirement. think about what will you do, if you are HR of the company, and when you face with thousands of applicants over the internet. how to pick up a small group that have greatest potential of being the employee they want. or rather, ask yourself, what advantages do you possess and which of them have you (or have you not) demonstrated over other applicants through the test? if you reeally think you deserve the job, and they are making a mistake rejecting you, prepare, go talk to them, and prove them wrong.
