十分感谢你的回复。我考虑了多方面除了工资，各种待遇，这份工作其实就是日常操作管理，技术含量不是特别大，重在协调上。
大的公司机构繁多，是个温水煮青蛙的岗位。很多人进入就很多年不跳了，大公司离开谁都能转。在这种大公司里头，等级很多，升职也是靠年份和绩效。
这肯定不是我的理想领域，不然我不会在意这么多。可我的理想领域，在目前的经济形势下一直在裁人，我使劲也钻不进去，尽管我有一年以前的相关工作经验，可还是太少经验了。
我是迫于生计，投了这份，经过这么久得了解，我觉得这份职位我也不会待太久。我也是怕频繁的在各类大mnc跳，很不好看。可目前，不接受，我也没有把握什么时候能再有一个offer...

Ph.d does not mean anything before you show them the difference. As PhD, we should have the self-confidence that we are different and we are better. It's a matter of time and opportunities to show the qualities.
