一般如果你notice period只有一个月,那你也就不用在意起了公司会损失什么大问题所以主要看你和你直属上司的关系 。
如果你对你直属上司无所谓,你就直接付钱走人。
另外,付全部notice period的薪水马上走人是完全合法的。
