Job Description
System Engineering
Participation in the development of new or the extension of existing hardware and software modules according to current or future customer requirements (analysis, modelling, calculation, measurement, qualification)
Definition of requirements for an interdisciplinary development team (mechanics, electronics, software, motion control)
Conduct and analyze experiments in order to identify suitable system parameters and machine production sequences
Customer Support
Support product management on customer projects (occasional business travel)
Support manufacturing engineering on assembly and supplier issues (occasional business travel)
Knowledge Management
Interpretation, documentation and presentation of new results

Education
Bachelor/Master/PH.D degree in Microsystem Technology or Mechatronics, Physics/Material Science.

Work Experience
At least 3-5 years relevant experience in semiconductor or mechanical engineering
Expertise and methodology
Expertise in physics, mathematics or material science
Flair for practical work in the lab and with measurement equipment
Microsoft office and programming knowledge



SENIOR/MANUFACTURING PLANNER x 1

Job Description
Maintaining the PLM System
Creating production orders in SAP
Editing of component orders out of RnD
Tracking / coordination tasks of orders within RnD
Planning of assembly production and rework / upgrades on internal RnD machines
Tracking and maintaining the Change Control system
Creating manual component orders in SAP for RnD items

Education
Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering

Work Experience
At least 3-5 years relevant experience in material planning



SENIOR/MANUFACTURING ENGINEER x 2

Job Description
Support CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) regarding manufacturing cost focus, assembling and test in team work with engineering
Support the outsourcing of CIP design to serial supplier and supports the supplier during the serial phase until phase-out
Supports global all modules and machine in serial status
Works close together with Malaysia site and supports them regarding technical topics and quality issues
Define needed test tools to ensure the required quality during production for CIP and running production
Purchase and build up of existing test systems & equipment to ensure serial production
Supports the purchasing department regarding CIP
Creates and sustain the needed production documentation
Supports Engineering Change Process (ECP) and CC (Change Control) regarding CIP
Knows the DAPI (Die Attach Innovation Process) and works according the defined steps

PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)/SAP
ECP(Engineering Change Process)/Change Control
Lotus Notes

Education
Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical/Assembly Engineering
