Job Description
Develop and engineer mechatronic systems for our Semiconductor equipment with main focus on Motion Control and Mechatronics
Perform tasks in close co-operation with other departments as mechanics, electronics, software in house and across worldwide development sites. Communicate across these single disciplines and sites.
Provide technical support (3rd level) to production sites as well as to the field / customer sites
Commission, qualify and document mechatronics systems and Motion Control solutions
Help to organize and install test equipment in the laboratory. Support other disciplines in performing testing tasks.
Take part in conceptual and architectual design work together with the other development sites.
Education
Bachelor/Master/PH.D degree in mechatronics, control engineering, electrical engineering or similar
Work Experience
More than 3 years work experience with Semicon equipment is preferred

Job Description
Analyzes technical problems and takes the appropriate actions
Processing of component discontinuation (second source)
Updates the necessary documentation in the PLM system (BOM, Overview)
Implement solution to fulfill Customer Specific Requests (electrical)
Coordinate and drive suppliers / vendors to resolve issues during prototype fabrication
Ensure proper documentation throughout the development process and engineering change process
Provide engineering support to the Product line
Supports the global based production in electrical matters
Education
Bachelor/Master/PH.D degree in Electrical Engineering
Work Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in automation/equipment industries
Experienced in design to conformity with standards such as UL,CE, RoHS
Familiar with debugging / testing equipment and tools such as Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Spectrum Analyzer or Network Analyzer
Expertise and methodology
Knowledge in analogue and digital circuit
Application know-how in sensors and motors technologies
Good know-how in cabling technologies
Awareness on EMI issues

Job Description
Create concepts for mechatronic systems (sub assemblies, assemblies) according to the required specification
Do feasibility studies to provide effort and product cost estimation and risk indication to fulfill the specification
Abide design to cost principles in any aspects
Create 3D modules and BOM′s incl. 2D drawings following the company standards
Mind safety and international machine product standards
Initiate engineering change request and implement design changes
Project coordination and time management for responsible topics
Work closely with other disciplines to meet project objectives; especially for CSR (customer specific requests) together with product marketing (PM)
To write and present technical reports to internal and end customers to communicate design related issues and countermeasures when necessary
Ensure fast response to production issues
Education
Bachelor/Master/PH.D degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
Work Experience
At least 3-5 years relevant experience in automation / equipment industries
Significant practical experience in mechanical design, construction and testing with a solid understanding of functional relationship of individual components and electromechanical systems
Good knowledge of mechanical parts evaluation and qualification
Good knowledge of structural dynamics/modal analysis
Expertise and methodology
Strong analytical problem- solving skills and proficiency in CAD software and finite element tools such as Creo, Solid Edge, Mechanica / Ansys, etc.
Working experience with equipment architecture design and system integration
