可以这样回复Dear XXX, I am a permanent resident of Singapore, which means that I have unrestricted rights to continue to live in Singapore, irrespective of my employment situation. When an SPR resigns, IRAS exempts him/her from tax clearance requirements as long as s/he declares that s/he intends to continue to reside in Singapore. Following IRAS guidelines, I will sign a letter of undertaking to the effect that I do not intend to leave Singapore permanently. IRAS does not require submission of documents regarding an SPR's next employment or the employment details of his/her spouse. My right to continue to live in Singapore does not depend on me satisfying any particular requirements on continued employment. I am therefore under no obligation to supply such information or documents to you. Yours truly YYY

这楼好大的口气啊层主是在iras工作还是在会计事务所工作？ 我见过的大公司全都是这样做的。这种事情越是小公司越不管，直到iras或者auditor 查出问题后才想办法解决。当然一般小公司iras也懒得管，毕竟公司小离职的人也少，真正离坡的更加少了（毕竟很多pr还是会选择继续在新加坡找工作），需要withhold 的tax 也不多。 但是对大公司来说就不一样了，如果没有严格的程序帮离职员工缴税就很容易被iras 抓到。公司担不起这个责任。 如果楼主不想让公司克扣工资的话就主动提供一下公司需要的资料，也是让公司对iras 有个交代。如果不想提供资料就问问HR能不能写letter of undertaking 。
