是4月9日（？）起几天的加权平均价打个折扣。大股东会拿到大把的股息，肯定不希望股价现在升上去后用高价买。所以在下面的一周内会把股价压住。

也就是说是以4月9日开始的3个交易日的收盘价的平均为认购价，这样的话必然产生odd lots。

2005年9月，大股东chartered asset mgmt经数次大举抛售后股份降到<5%。
大概是21.5mil股。以后再卖就不需要申报了。
这个鸡精chartered的存在是一个变数，经过了1年半了，也不知道他卖光了没有。
china flex没有鸡精作大股东也不好，看看cg tech，在52c左右时，出现了一个>5%股份的大股东，后来不久就升到了80多。
