从 sg-house抄来的消息my friend who bought house 6 months back for very high price in Red hill lost his job in Barclays capital. He could not able pay the loan with interest. He lost sleep and vey disappointed. After 4 months he went for foreclosure. Bank UOB taook back his house. He lost all 6 yrs savings of 80000 $. Could not able to digest this he went to the top floor and jumper. He wasrushed to SGH and declared dead. This news is being kept very secret as this will spoil the mood of property market. But being my neighbour and friend I want to alert everyone so that someone can be stopped from commiting suicide
有一个问题我非常纳闷,用阴谋论的观点
1)政府在想尽办法在大的危机到来之前出货;
2)HDB新开工的项目,多数是给私人发展商开发的,这相当于转嫁了风险给私人企业,可能是建屋局吸取了前些年被套牢1万多个单位的教训;按照目前的价钱和销售率,赚钱不容易。文庆地铁站那个项目,我觉得break even 需要72%左右的销售率,现在可能刚好;后来的新项目则不好说了。

纯属猜测啊!
