OLAM 的银行US$ 1.25 BILLION SYNDICATED TRANSFERABLE TERM LOAN FACILITY Olam International Limited (“Olam” or “the Company”) a leading global, integrated supply chain manager and processor of agricultural products and food ingredients, is pleased to announce the launch of its fully underwritten US$ 1.25 billion Syndicated Term Loan Facility (the “Facility”). The Facility comprises a US$ 625 million 3-year tranche and a US$625 million 5-year tranche. Proceeds from the Facility will be applied towards refinancing of existing debt, as well as for working capital and for general corporate funding requirements of the Company, including capital expenditure and expansion of its supply chain management business.
