因为个人也摸索了好久，终于找到了一些比较方便的工具。在此献丑与高手们共享，并希望初次接触linux的桐子们，不会太迷茫，不要走好多弯路。
并且希望高手们也分享自己的使用类似application的心得

看avi我使用mplayer (Yahoo! 补充：all media files he uses mplayer, I agree.:))
看real media使用realplayer 8 with rp9 codecs

Office我用openoffice1.1.2
bbs我上华新

Yahoo! 补充，msn 他用gaim. 我觉得amsn也是个很好的选择

很好的中文Linux/Unix论坛我推荐www.chinaunix.com(FanQiang,大家不会陌生吧？:P)

2) Novel Evolution Connector
This is for people whose company uses windows exchange server using the Exchange protocal (not pop or imap ).

4) A list of security related tools
ethreal (your sniffer )
snort (your IDS tool, can use acid as the GUI)
nessus (your VA tool )
iptables ( your firewall )
nmap (your port scanner/OS finger printing tools )

For Java, you can use eclipse 3.0

For C/C++, you can use CDT for Eclipse (http://www.eclipse.org/cdt/)

I've tested Anjuta and CDT for Eclipse, both are quite good but Anjuta runs markedly faster because, unlike Eclipse, it doesn't run on top of JVM.
