他们网站上说，超过30kg的电话或email联系他们客服，联系了之后，第一次被告知，超过35kg不能邮。于是乎，我又去问，那如果重量在30-35kg之间会怎么样，同样是网站上不能直接下单，结果收到如下回复：

"Thanks for your email.
Unfortunately our system doesn’t allow us to place orders larger than 30KG – if you wanted to place bigger orders we would suggest placing the order in two parts (I.E a 20KG order and a 15KG order).
I hope this helps you, but please email orders@lush.co.uk if we can be of any further assistance, or call us on +44 (0)1202 668545 if your query is urgent we are open 9am-9pm Monday to Fridays and 10am-4pm (GMT) Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays, as I am only in the office part time.”

这不是逗我玩呢嘛！直接在网站上放，delivery的maximum是30kg就好了嘛！！！还什么"The maximum weight that can be ordered online is 30kg. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call us (+44) 1202 668 545 and we'll be happy to help"真不知道这些人都什么逻辑！！！

发了这么多牢骚，现在开始说正经的，看样子没有几个mm愿意减重的，在这里谢谢linda,奥特曼，还有akito美眉的支持。我仔细在他们网站上查了一下，找到了International shipping Rates,链接如下： https://www.lush.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=16896:shipping-rates&catid=43:lush-life

算了一下，我们一共有35.45kg的东西，分一个30kg，加一个6-7kg的单，邮费算下来也不会太贵。考虑到大家心里的草原，我决定就这样下两单好了，这样linda,奥特曼，还有akito美眉的东西也不需要cancel掉了。

如果明天中午大家都没有异议，我就明晚上回家下单，按照之前两单的记录，应该下个星期就能收到东西了。
