第二单已下，下完单发现一个东西买错了，面壁去…已发email去询问修改把honey i washed the kids买成honey i washed the kids solid perfume了…都怪我偷懒，lush网站的搜索功能太好用但反应有点慢，不小心就点到另一个东西的页面了…还好solid perfume比soap贵一点点，大不了让他们把东西换了，还好就差几块钱…

这是Lush的第一封回复，说是单已经下了不能改了…
Dear Linda,
Thank you for your email regarding your order.
Unfortunately this has already been printed and is ready for dispatch in our warehouse.
If you decide that you do not wish to keep the item you have the option of returning this to us here at Lush.
Once we have received the item we can then reimburse you for the cost of the item but not postage and packaging.
Please do not hesitate to contact us again with regards to this.
