probably the best si chuan food in singapore.
i tried twice there, and i did try almost all the other si chuan restarants , dou hua restaurant is the best.those interested , can read the website information. they have one in UOB building too.

(2) 水煮肥肠, 点之前特意问了一下, 是不是和水煮牛肉一个做法, 只是换成了肥肠. 回答是肯定的. 于是就点了. 印象中所有的水煮xxx, 不过xxx的量是多少, 都是先端上个大大的碗再说, xxx多少不论, 垫在下面的菜一定是吃不完的, 有些店里还垫些粉丝, 粉条什么的. 我是很喜欢吃粉丝, 粉条的. 哪里知道, 水煮肥肠, 不但粉丝, 粉条是痴心妄想, 连下面的菜都屈指可数. 就这点东西, 当然用不着用大碗, 一个小碗足已. (3) 火爆腰花, 味道一般, 不过, 我家那位却说是几个菜最好吃的一个. (4) 川北凉粉, 有人明确推荐凉粉的, 虽然要6块钱一份, 我这种爱凉粉之人, 还是拍出6大洋, 吃了. 端上来, 看了就后悔了. 凉粉, 是用在新加坡买得到的绿豆粉做的. 一碰就断, 完全没有国内的凉粉有韧性. 我拍着胸脯说, 这样的凉粉, 我自己在超市买绿豆粉, 自己也做过, 不但凉粉做得一模一样, � (more...)

不是。
only two outlet in singapore. one in UOB and one in parkroyal hotel(behind bugis junction). it is a local restaurant. very good taste, if u don't mind to pay a bit more. abt s$40++++. good environment too. i wl go again In nov.
