2nd Year: Sibor + 0.75%
3rd Year: Sibor + 1.00%
Thereafter: Sibor + 1.00%
*Sibor (12 Month Singapore Interbank Offered Rate) as at the first
business day of the month based on loan acceptance.
*Sibor as at 2nd May 2008 is 1.625%
绑两年的。但可还部分的。
