律师费满天飞啊两个星期前通知Maybank银行想要还清之前的房屋贷款，昨天收到一封律师信，说受银行委托办理此事，结果好，注明要收500多律师费，另外若用CPF还，好像还要多交500多；取消这个也得照付律师费。哎，之前根本不清楚还清贷款还得交一次律师费。
这里想问一下过来人是否碰到这样的事情？如果我是按每个月installment这样还清的话，到最后是否也有这样一笔律师费用要付？有谁知道哪家律师的费用会比这个便宜的么？
