（新加坡讯）市区重建局今天发表的数据显示，我国私宅价格今年第二季的跌幅缩小。
今年第二季的私宅价格指数为131.7点，比首季的139.9点减少5.9％。
第一季私宅价格指数的跌幅达14.1%。
HDB’s flash estimate of the 2nd Quarter 2009 Resale Price Index (RPI) is 140.0, an increase of 1.2% over 1st Quarter 2009. This comes after a marginal drop of 0.8% in the previous quarter.
