CPF Grant说明一下:这个只有公民能拿,PR不可以。
说这么一句是因为有人跟我说公民可以拿5万,PR可以拿3万,我也好希望我可以拿3万,理想是美好的哈。
这个CPF GRANT 整个规定非常细致且复杂,而且只是BTO, RESALE HDB, NEW DBSS, NEW EC才可以申请,买公寓没有的,买二手DBSS, EC也是没有的。
BTO的CPF GRANT只针对低收入家庭,这里跳过。
买DBSS新房和买RESALE HDB待遇相同。买EC新房只能拿CPF Housing Grant for Family 或者half CPF housing Grant for Family.
我就简单的总结一下新公民买二手房可以申请的CPF GRANT。
收入没有超过买新房限制的家庭(超过了就啥都没有啊):
1. CPF GRANT FOR FAMILY
双公民的夫妇买二手房房可以拿3万;
公民+PR的夫妇买二手房可以拿2万,如果PR的那方以后也转成公民,政府会再补1万给你;
购买的房屋在里父母住房2KM以内或者已婚的子女2KM以内的,有额外的1万,也就是4万CPF GRANT或者3万CPF GRANT(针对一方是PR)
2. half CPF housing grand for family
夫妻有一方已经拿过一次CPF GRANT的,以上提到的数额全部减半
3. AHG Additional CPF Housing Grant (针对低收入家庭)
收入上限5000,最高AHG可达4万(家庭收入在1500以下),最少AHG 5000(家 (more...)
Single grant 似乎不包括non-citizen family scheme吧
Single Singapore Citizen applicants aged 35or above who
Married Singapore Citizens aged 21 or above who buy a resale flat under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme
- buy a resale flat on their own under Single Singapore Citizen (SSC) Scheme, or
- buy a resale flat jointly under Joint Singles Scheme (JSS)
