仔细看了下hdb条例,割名字似乎不可行

忘了问了换名子有没有可能算一次新的买卖,就是说又要满足新的5年MOP?那岂不是不值得?
仔细看了下hdb条例,割名字似乎不可行
Proposed flat owner(s) or essential family member(s) listed in the application must not be an existing owner/essential occupier of any HDB flat (including flats bought under the Design, Build and Sell Scheme) or Executive Condominiums bought from the developer (or within the requisite occupation period).

我也觉得这条说明不可行啊Proposed flat owner(s) or essential family member(s) listed in the application must not be an existing owner/essential occupier of any HDB flat (including flats bought under the Design, Build and Sell Scheme) or Executive Condominiums bought from the developer (or within the requisite occupation period). 虽然lz不是割名,但是也涉及到ownership transfer吧,那这里proposed flat owner就是你lg,他已经是existing owner of hdb flat(你们家)啦,那为什么还是eligible呢? 求专业解读,觉得hdb条款是环环相扣的。还有我刚才在eligible criteria里也没读到关于必须还清全部贷款才可以transfer ownership. . 情感上当然愿意相信这是可行的啦,那全岛情比金坚的couple们都可以考虑一方放弃ownership出来买套没absd的公寓了。
另一条路在 resale part-share, 但这个明说了夫妻间不允许
Resale part-share refers to a change of flat ownership by way of a partial sale/ purchase between family members at a mutually agreed price. Monetary consideration is involved for such change in ownership.

Resale part-share is not allowed between a married couple or when the purpose of the transaction is solely to include another family member as a co-owner of the flat.
