有时候是没法打折中介费的，比如买公寓的买方中介费比较典型的是你去买新公寓，自己找的，直接去买。你自己做了买方中介的工作，但是就没有买方中介费可以拿，被卖方中介拿去了。这个时候，你找个中介，利用他的身份，把买方中介费拿到，然后两个人分。说到底其实是制度不合理，卖方想最大化自己的收益，买方不想被薅羊毛。 当然把这种行为定性为违法，说明卖方，其实就是房地产开发商还是很看重这部分收入，所以通过法律打击这种情况。说到底就是尽量从买房的人那里多拿点回来。 作为买房的人，被薅羊毛还双手赞同，是不是有点滑稽。
