如果你出租房屋,我的理解是可以抵税的,但是前提是, 你需要declare rental income, 然后期间的维修费+水电费就可以抵税了
租约期内,你的水电费, fire insurance, property tax, & 中介费(第一个中介费不可以),housing loan interest 等都可以抵税,没记错好像是15% of rental income 来着,看下IRAS 网站吧
租约结束后回复原来的样子, 也可以抵税,写在IRAS网站上了,under furniture and fittings replacement of furnishings to original state.
