昨天交了辞职信, 可是老板一直避而不见, 我该怎么办?

HR 说他昨天晚上就回到新加坡, 可是今天早上打给他, 他却说还在KL. 我只能给公司半个月的 Notice Period, 我愿意赔钱.

我着急要和另外一个公司签合同, 请问我该怎么办?

原则上辞职信不需要任何人批准
只要你的辞职符合你的合同或者你的APPOINTMENT LETTER中的要求就可以了。
在辞职信中你应该告诉公司你的LAST DAY。

在实际中，即使你没有递交辞职信，也可以与别家公司牵合同的，只是写明你的FIRST DAY就可以了。你与其它公司的合同，不需要通知你的当前公司，甚至你可以同时签几家公司，只要你签的合同或者其它中，并没有限制你只服务一家公司的约束。

通常惯例，所谓小人物，你可以把新旧公司的事情完全隔离。

i have similar case and my friend called manpower office they said if ur boss do not accept it, just mail it out as registered letter.

better do not break the contract coz the other company may know ur "bad" behaviour if they call ur boss.

if he still need to wait for boss, then he may be delayed for signing with new company!

i mean better do not break the contract to leave
it means he can also break contract to leave in his current contract.

as long as he mailed his letter out, no matter his boss read it or not, he can leave in time without breaking the contract.
