I try to answerAs far as i know, most of current s/w can be installed on Windows Server 2003. Until now, Logitech MouseWare (but can still use mouse), and Partition Magic 8 are confirmed that cannot be installed on it.

apparently, you plan touse the server computer to do other works, which is not advisable at most of the time.

it's should be a dedicated server once FTP is running.

anyway, apart from anewlife's confirmation, you may not run Norton Antivirus 2003 on Windows Server 2003. You need to use Norton Corporate Antivirus client 8.5
