菲娅用过美白和保湿，很不错，特别是美白，假期出去疯了两个月，虽然每天都spf50但是抗不住天天在外面晒太久，还是小黑了点。。。旅行结束后拿菲亚按摩，一周就白了回来，当然用得比较多也有关系，每次都是按5，6下这样。。[babepinky (10-8 9:22, Long long ago)]

1，人类膳食中不缺乏胶原蛋白，动物总蛋白的25%以上。
2，胶原蛋白一般只有三种氨基酸，proline，leucine, glycin, 胶原蛋白在人体内合成的独特性是胶原蛋白里面的Proline和Leucine有一部分是还原状态的，这个还原过程是在蛋白链合成之后，在往细胞外转运的过程中被还原的，过程里面一个要素是Vc。没有Vc胶原蛋白就不能正常合成。
