面试后，公司就挂出招人帖子，是不是出局了？
上周面试了一个公司，简历发过去他们很快就通知一周之后面试（去年他们在网上发过广告）
面试完他们说让他们考虑两周，人力部会跟我商量。
但是过了两天公司就挂出招人帖子，只是在原来的广告中加进了我会的东西，是不是意为出局了？
还是他们在物色性价比更高的？
我该如何写信询问？像下面这么写合适否
I was interviewed on 15th May.
I want to know whether my application is still under consideration.
Have you reached a decision yet?
面试的人是部门经理和直接上司（如果招进去的话）
我主动说英语，但他们却主动跟我说华语
没有问太细的问题，大多问我做过哪些，会哪些东西，去过现场工作没有
期间，那个经理提醒说进行一个笔试，那位上司说不用，这种职位不需要笔试。
但是他们其中的一个方向没做过project
总体来说我太谦虚了点，很多没做过项目但不代表不会，我就会说这个东西我没做过。
不过我后来发了一个ppt给那个懂技术的。
工资我说可以商量，但给了底限。
