所有跟单的同学进来,斑斑请帮忙高亮, 悲剧出现了他们也不和我说下,就把3单combine成一个包裹运出来了.我upload tracking number只是复制粘贴email,没注意到三个tracking number其实是一样的. 要不是我们第四单有重量的问题我到现在也没意识到.

悲剧是这样发生的:
我们第四单子超过了他们的maximum 2kg per order的限制,所以客服联系我让我多付9.5GBP的运费(底下有写这个事情http://bbs.huasing.org/wap/xbbs.php?B=150_11682773),后来我追问为什么之前的3单没有surcharge,他们说他们的options是这样的:
(1)每一单都小于2kg limit(9.5GBP flat postage) => 问了他们一下,如果想保证这个,每单只能2个手霜组
(2)一个单子东西多,重量超过,他们可以分几个包裹寄出来(这样就要多给他们9.5胖子的surcharge,比如第四单)
(3)如果买了很多,他们condense成一个大包裹然后走courier.客服的原话是这个option的话要大金额的order或者连续3单+才能condense.结果很不幸我们前三单就华丽丽的combine了.

这样前三单中GST的几率应该是100%吧? 第四单已经cancel了.目前请问一下所有的同学:如果要中GST,可否接受? 接受不接受都请PM我或者跟贴,这样我可以统计一下还需不需要继续下单/还是等东西来了我去schedule退货.

This order, while large, is not large enough for us to warrant using a courier service without taking a significant loss. In future if you were to place one very large order or 3+ large orders at the same time we could condense them together and send them via courier service, thus eliminating the need for additional shipping charges."

"Unfortunately we only have two options. Either we ship the order seperately and you pay us for the extra postage or we send you a number of orders condensed into one large, courier-sent package and you will have to pay the tax imposed in Singapore. There is no other way for us to send your orders through. Please let us know which you would prefer to do."

“Yes the previous orders were condensed into one package due to the size and value of the order. As there were three orders there would be three seperate tracking numbers, however as the packages were put together there would only be one tracking number used, which should have been emailed to you. For reference the number is EK033300691GB, the package went via Parcelforce.”
