I suppose they are doing product control. Yet I will not be directly involved in product pricing etc.
Maybe I did not make it clear: I am looking for something, but trading is not really my choice. What I know about trader is that it is a high pressure yet high return job. I am not ready for that.
Initially, I was surprised to learn that accountant also plays a part in such a product control precess (汗一个，我到底是菜鸟）. You explained it quite well. Product control is the word.

忍不住想问一句：
For a fresh graduate w/o any experience, what are the possible ways of getting into this industry, besides taking up an IT job? The various career talk held by various banks or instituitions are not useful (or i should say maybe it is because I am not good enough? =) ). And for IT positions advertised, experiences are usually required.
