面试比自己senior得多的人应该问什么?才进新公司不久,竟然让我去面试别人。我不是应试者的未来老板,也不是决定他是否被录用的人,只是面试后我要提供自己的意见。这个是公司的程序,作为有可能的未来同事,我也要参与面试。
问题是,来面试的人是个40多岁的,有20多年工作经验的人!不是群面,只有我跟另一个同事一起。虽然那个同事比我senior得多,肯定是他主面,但我也不能冷场吧。我想具体的technical question应该不用我问(他做的东西也不是我熟悉的方面),应该问比较不具体的。还是很难。。总觉得我来问:“你的career plan" 这样的问题不大合适。问那种脑筋急转弯也不大合适。。
大家有什么以不变应万变的面试问题可以参考吗?

I think one important reason why your boss ask you to interview this person is that you may work with him/her in the future. From a team member's perspective, behavior questions such as:
1. give an example of collaborating with other team members to solve a problem in previous projects

4. give an example of resolving conflicts(being convinced or convincing other)while having different opinions with team members.
might be appropriate.
