这一单被通知物品>2公斤,要extra9.5胖子运费.正在和客服交涉,可能会cancel重新下
所以可能要拖沓一下,望谅解. 真不明白他们怎么算2公斤额度的,我们第二单搞了6个4*100g手霜+1个4*50g手霜都没事,神码啊.如果一定要付这个附加运费才可以的话我就cancel了重新下

Thank you for your recent order. Unfortunately due to the size of your order we will have to ship the order in 3 packages. We have a weight limit of up to 2kg on non-UK orders and as such we will need to take an extra payment of 1 x 9.50 = ￡9.50 before we can dispatch your order. Please can you confirm that this is OK, and we will get your order dispatched asap. If this is not OK please let me know and I will cancel your order. We will hold your order for 7 days - if no response is received the order will be cancelled automatically.

他们也不和我说下,就把3单combine成一个包裹运出来了.我upload tracking number只是复制粘贴email,没注意到三个tracking number其实是一样的. 要不是我们第四单有重量的问题我到现在也没意识到.
悲剧是这样发生的:
我们第四单子超过了他们的maximum 2kg per order的限制,所以客服联系我让我多付9.5GBP的运费(底下有写这个事情http://bbs.huasing.org/sForum/bbs.php?B=150_11682773),后来我追问为什么之前的3单没有surcharge,他们说他们的options是这样的:
(1)每一单都小于2kg limit(9.5GBP flat postage) => 问了他们一下,如果想保证这个,每单只能2个手霜组
(2)一个单子东西多,重量超过,他们可以分几个包裹寄出来(这样就要多给他们9.5胖子的surcharge,比如第四单)
(3)如果买了很多,他们condense成一个大包裹然后走courier.客服的原话是这个option的话要大金额的order或者连续3单+才能condense.结果很不幸我们前三单就华丽丽的combine了.

"The reason the previous package did not incur extra shipping charges was because the three previous orders were condensed together into one package, meaning the value was high enough for us to use a courier service. This order, while large, is not large enough for us to warrant using a courier service without taking a significant loss. In future if you were to place one very large order or 3+ large orders at the same time we could condense them together and send them via courier service, thus eliminating the need for additional shipping charges."

既然他把那三单放在一起了那运费是9.5*3吗？我觉得他们的系统太不知能了，怎么可以买的时候没有称重算运费的呢？如果我买个100盒运费才9.5，如果我分成10单他的运费就95了？这多误导人啊？
