记得当年，还在上中学，晚上一有空，就会去惹兰登德南的咖啡店看黄瑞南下棋，还有其他棋手如李庆先，陈有福。还有一个卖鱼的老棋手，棋也是快而准。他们的棋艺盘盘都下得很精彩，当时在我小小心灵留下深刻的印象，至今还很怀念。

郭守德是芽笼西（今哥南亚逸）棋手郭永发的父亲，为人非常风趣！！！

I know about 惹兰登德南 housing estate since 1960s as my father and friends met at a freind's shop there for a number of years. (All of them are no more around.)

I did not pay attention to xiangqi news until Oct 1998 ...., i.e. less than 10 years ago, so regarding old information, always need to check from past publications (and really appreciate the efforts put in by the editors etc.). This is one of the reasons why I feel we should have another publication for Singapore Xiangqi Activities since end 1994, otherwise, future xiangqi lovers will have no way to check the old history for this period, .......

印象中当时惹兰登德南象棋队的主将是蔡如坤，李耀岱与陈捷藩。蔡如坤的棋比其他两人稍胜一筹。我第一次到圣迈克巴杀下棋，胜了第一位林姓棋手两局之后，他便招我和他下，我还记得他后手屏风马不挺3，7卒，走张晓平惯用的炮2平1，我被他杀的落花流水。
我记得我有到赛场直落亚逸联络所观赛一两场，记得其中一晚蔡君对垒我国一位已成名的高手（名字我忘了），那盘棋有挂大棋盘让观众欣赏，双方大斗顺炮，棋局紧张精彩，惊心动魄，结果蔡君快一步抢杀，轰动全场。
我还记得赛后还有提供夜粥供棋手享用，那些比赛先结束的棋手，一边品尝美食，一边谈论棋局，此情此景，令我一生难忘。令我意料不到的是，1996年我和康德荣与梁永兴，一起代表象总到泰国的“勿洞”与槟城，勿洞举行三角赛，赛后主办当局也提供夜粥与经济粉面，此情此景，又再从现。我还记得粉面虽然没有配料，只有粉面而已，但是却非常好吃，是我至今吃到最好吃的经济粉面。几时，我们还有机会看到这样的情景？？？

appreciate 棋一生 to talk about some histories here but please check records before release, I will stop here, i.e. no more checking of the information released by 棋一生 in this website from now on.

One example, if in 1962年第一届全星团体赛, 棋一生 should be less than 10 years old, the better way is to indicate where the information came from. So, personally, 1971年第2届全星团体赛 should be the likely one.

You use a lot of ！！！ in your past several postings, to me, they show importance, any error should be corrected. If not, why you need to send another note on "我想我所写的应该是第一届！！！", you just need to leave it as before is good enough, right ???

By the way, if we plan to compile any information and put up in SIXGA website, to me, accuracy is the first priority, 我们是在写历史. Since we have different views, and I have talked more than enough points on 象总网页 too, I will not continue. To me, either 悟入棋途 or 象总网页, what I want to see is quality.

From what I observe, a lot of players trust your memories and believe in what you say, and you have a lot of collections, I only urge you to do checking before sending out any information as errors publish over the internet is very difficult to correct.

昨晚的会议，花了大半的时间讨论“亚洲杯”与“全国赛”的筹备工作，许多课题没时间提出来讨论。今天早上我发了个信息给会长，向他表示这个建议不错，相信大部分理事不会反对，应该可以实行。过后他致电给我，他认为没有经过理事会通过就加以实行，不大恰当，难以向“众理事”交待。我认为这样的做法是对的，理事们个人不可以不以“棋会”的利益为出发点，我行我素，对这个事项我是急了一点，会长答应在五月份下一个理事会，将提出来讨论，各位大家就耐心等待吧！！！
