，特别是那种有口音的，含糊不清的。。。。 相比下来，BBC这种比较正统严肃的电台要好懂的多，discovery channel的确是个不错的选择，有可以练听力，还可以开眼，还有两个频道，Animal Planet 和National Geographic Channel，也很好，三个台都有中文字幕，你看的时候能保证不看么？呵呵～～～～

most love stories are easy to understand, eg. how to lose a guy in 10 days, you can understand it very well in spite of the noise from the airplane ;) ;
war theme is a bit hard, involving those daily words but have totally different meaning in battle field~~~;
historical is mostly in old British English, like Brave Heart
kids movies are quite good, in terms of understanding, and humor

bear in mind:
the more you watched, the more good movies you will get and the more accents, and difficulties you will encounter~~~

yes. i love discovery, national geographic a looooot, but seldom watch animal planet~~~ :D

网上是有很多的资源，除了NUSCAST, 像www.bbc.co.uk 还有 www.voanews.com 都有Radio和TV。

我觉得比较好的是在VOA下载一些新闻的片断和原文，多听几遍，比较原文，同时学一些生词。 另外还可以下载复读软件，像sitman(国内很多下载),可以复读听写等等。总之，我认为既要听得多，还要精听一些。当然最重要的是坚持。
