If your reason is true, this is the real problem for ......
queenstown as if they do not have their own 4-member for mind sport, why go and get so many outsiders to form team for Albert Centre and Pasir Ris East C.C. team events and ended up back to square one after the events ????????
This issue was discussed previously .......
after the Kolam Ayer 3rd Anniversary team event held on 8 Sep 2007 when two young players from Boon Lay representing Feiying in the friendly match.
This time, the issue was surfaced again due to two players representing Queenstown and Beidou.
I do not see any problem if all the above players and clubs concerned have the same understanding of the arrangement although personally I think it will have impact in the longer term.
As for Bishan, we use the following guide :

One more example, for the 10-year old player from Pasir Ris East C.C. joined Bishan as member on 18 Nov 2007 (during the Pasir Ris East C.C. Team Event), I told his father very clearly that Bishan is considering his son under Pasir Ris East C.C. and will not send his son for external team competition unless we agree with Pasir Ris East C.C. Team on the new arrangement.
So far, we do not encounter any problem with the dual membership.
