Example 2.1.1 -- The Election Method of SIXGA EXCO
In 2004 and before, all life members and ordinary members are qualified as candidates for the Elections of EXCO, the SIXGA constitution was changed in 2004 for many areas including the removal of life memberships.
Starting 2006, only candidates who agreed to stand for the elections are qualified.

2004 SIXGA EXCO list (the last EXCO list under old election method)
with
2008 SIXGA EXCO list (the latest EXCO list under new election method)
9 EXCO members from 2004 list are still stay in 2008 EXCO list with 4 of them served as members without specific appointments, hope not all 4 are leaving at the end of this current term.
There are 8 EXCO members in 2008 list not from 2004 list, i.e. all 8 are considered as new or relatively new blood.
We should give our full or better support to this new SIXGA EXCO team of 17 members which will be having installation dinner on 31 July 2008.
