The requirement I listed doesn't include analytical skills and financial skills, so this person might not be a good IB person. :D

i doubt whether you can find good candidates from huasing readers' profile, and perhaps good ones will not be interested in your company or your job opportunity. This is very common and you just need to accept the fact that it is difficult to hire a good person with limited budget :p
