hr发话了啊其实我的问题是，既然公司必须在jobsbank放，那可不可以理解为jobsbank是最全最新的？
因为linkedin jobstreet jobdb这些都要花钱，没有官网的公司感觉不会每个网站都po
求职者就要在好几个网站中发动找不同大法。。
不能这样理解
1.如果本来就只打算招公民/PR，不必post to jobsbank
2. 一下几种情况豁免：

The job is necessary for short-term contingencies (i.e. period of employment in Singapore for not more than one month).
