Job Scope

1. Act as ship owner to arrange Ship-to-Ship operation
2. Liaise with charterer for vessel movement, operation, invoicing and so forth
3. Cooperate with cargo officer on board to serve charterer
4. Help internal management & engineer for vessel maintenance
5. Maintain SAP system
6. Complete required filing works.

Requirement
1. Singaporean/PR ;
2. At least 3 years’working experience in either below area:
Oil Quantity Inspection, or
Shipping agent for oil tankers
(Please indicate how many years’on board experience, and on what kind of vessel)
3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is must to liaise with Chinese HQ and counterparties;
4. Degree holder. （如工作经验丰富可降低学历要求）;
5. Team player, flexible and active attitude.

上面要求写明在船上待过几年，其实也不一定是要连续的多少年，也可以是多次，比如像surveyor每个月上去个几次那样。不过上过船是最基本的要求，要对油船有基本了解，非纸上谈兵。

你好，我老公是做这行的，asset manager, 经验丰富，managing vessels for years. 现在公司年底有可能派他去其他国家做项目。对我们现在有孩子的情况，能够留在新加坡是最好了。
