actually Singaporeans are extremely nice peopleif you know them widely, 他们很单纯 nice. (不像我们中国人 有时候 勾心斗角 心思比较复杂 Chinese invest a lot of energies in 勾心斗角)
Some of locals are very good and dedicated in what they are doing. The spirit is admirable! Usually they say what they mean, and very direct.
If there is a communication problem, it must be our problems too! Are we capable? Are we delivering what the job demands for? .. Are we up to the task? If we are good and well then it will be fine..

我5个下属,3个印尼缅甸的,每天按时完成工作,另两个新加坡人,一个20多岁,一个50多岁,我先说20多岁的那个,我刚来那伙,遇到一个技术问题,有多种解决方案,我选了一个最常用的发了电邮,发了才两分钟,我那个新加坡下属也发了一份电邮。用了另一个解决方案(后来我知道我们公司那环境通用方案不适合),然后在电邮里说我的方案不WORK,同时CC 电邮给100多个人,连美国GROUP HR都扯进去,所以我觉得这超出直接范围,这类下属,大家如何管理?
