终于作回清白人了拖了这么久,每次想跟OCBC谈,他们都避而不见,然后每年照旧发信问候我. 前不久收到的甚至恐吓我说再不还钱,就要告我入穷籍. 我终于忍无可忍,写了封十分诚恳的信去他们的客户投诉部门,让他们相信,如果我的问题没有解决,我会继续闹到CASE, Fidrec,甚至跟报纸爆料. 等了两个星期,收到一封信,说查清楚了,跟我无关,他们会继续跟那个假冒我申请卡的人讨账,同时提醒我以后要小心保管个人文件.
不投诉他们三年都查不清楚,投诉了就马上查清除了. 呵呵!原来是这样. 不过总比投诉了也查不清楚好.
不管怎样总算作回清白人了.多谢豹哥,版主以及大家的热心帮忙.

当年, 一家公司, 甚至雇佣讨债公司给我发黑色信封和黑色信纸的讨债信来恶心我, 惹得豹某勃然大怒, 回了一封措辞强烈的信把两家公司臭骂一顿, 最后他们乖乖地给我发道歉信.
至于那家银行, 不仅道歉, 而且还感谢我同意不再追究他们.

Re: Complain harassment from XXX Ltd and XXX Management.
I lost my wallet on Dec. 6, 2004. I have made police report, which listed all my loss, including NRIC card, credit card, staff card and so on. Later, from the bills I realized that the thief not only used my money from the credit card but also opened a line in XXX Ltd by using my NRIC card.
I contacted XXX Ltd immediately and told them that the line was not opened by me and asked them to cut the line on Dec 17,2004.
According to the suggestion from the XXX customer care hotline, I submitted copys of the police report and other related documents to XXX customer service center at XXX last December.
The clerk promised to investigate this case.
Later, I keep on receiving letters from XXX Ltd, requiring me to pay for the thief. I called the customer care consultant through Customer care hotline and he told me not to pay until the investigation is finished. But the reminder for paying the billing was still coming and gave me a large burden on my life.
I called the investigator, Mr. XXX, in XXX Ltd and he suggested me to fax relative documents to him again on Mar. 30, 2005. I faxed my statement, police reports and other relative documents and Mr. XXX also confirmed that he had received the documents.
In this case, I lost my wallet and NRIC card to a thief, and I bear my losses. Your staff did not double check the NRIC card with the holder and opened the line to the cheater. You should bear your losses. By no means shall I pay for your negligence or the cheater.
More than three months have passed, I wonder what you have done on the investigation, except sending me a lot of letters for money. I am unsatisfied with your efficiency. I am unhappy with the words in your letters. You should rejoice that this is only the feeling of mine, not the mass. As a service company, you should make your staff to be more responsible, more efficiency, instead of harassing customers.
Don’t tell me that you haven’t received my documents, I have personally submitted them once, and faxed once. I also got confirmation from your staff.
I may also consider taking some actions if you keep on harassing me. People may be interested in reading the story from media about how a big company bullies an innocent individual.
I am confident to defense myself even in a court. I have sufficient evidence to support my point. I don’t think there is a law in Singapore that allows you to rob an innocent person to compensate your losses caused by a cheater and your own negligence.
Our embassy is also ready to protect the legal benefit of their oversea citizen.
I don’t expect an apologize letter from you. I do hope you stop harassing me.
