请各位大神指点迷津,看如何能尽快讨回工作了15年的血汗钱事情发生快两年了,一直拖着,因为她一直骗我说她会以300万新币把商铺卖后就按70-30比例分钱;可是最近突然听一个共同认识她和我的人告诉我她已把自己名下公寓卖了,商铺根本没动,而且事实上她3年前就有老公和孩子了,所以顿觉自己的幼稚和轻信。
在同样做房屋经纪朋友指点下,我拿所有的材料和转账记录去CEA 投诉她,因为她现在还是房屋经纪并从业,以为CEA会介入调查此事并主持公道。没想着收到的回复如下:

这里借钱收利息是犯法的,记忆中不管利息多少都是犯法的,属于无照放贷。
在律师行有文件证明她欠你钱,又愿意用房子抵押,为什么不可以lodge caveat?从你的描述看,你想lodge first lien,但是房子有按揭所以不行。你可以lodge second lien吧。至少她卖的时候要还。
