不具可比性如果一个行业拒绝诚实和正直而只接受金钱高于道德的话，决定了它是个不健康的行业

如果真如你们所说的那些人是professional的 有信誉的才能做到成功的agent的 做到这种传销似的结构的上层的道德水准应该是还可以的吧？

the hearing entered its third day, with ERA senior vice-president Marcus Chu taking the stand.
He denied that the agency earned any secret profits and said that the real estate agent, Mr Jeremy Ang, did nothing wrong.
Mr Chu said ERA agents are required to disclose the identity of the buyer only if that person is the agent or a member of his immediate family.
连ERA的SVP代表公司上庭说没做错，确实按照这个行业的职业道德水准确实是没做错！！这个行业就是劣币驱逐良币，把自己的底线放的越低越有成功的希望。这个case更是agent，agent的老板大agent，最后连ERA的SVP都出来说做的对。

希望所有的agent能够明白 这个和其他行业一样是这个社会的基础来着 就是叫做信托责任
即使没有书面上甚至口头上的约定，但是一个社会的公认的标准是在那里的
Conniesisu你说你去带buyer看房子，他和你没有obligation，这是不对的！！更不能成为你可以让自己的利益超越buyer利益的理由！
否则这个社会就没有一个公平公正的规则了
