如果都确定以后就轮不到你买了想发财就得趁早,还有一定的风险。
其实买新房也是这个道理,如果已经想好了一TOP立刻出手赚快钱那就无论如何都得盖好就退出,不能陷在里面,其实就等于是买股票了。过去几年时间SkyVUE, Trilinq啥的快钱都赚到了,问题是如果TOP的时候赔钱你能割肉吗?不能的话短线变长线就是最糟糕的选择。如果现在买Clementi的新房和Eunis的新房在TOP的时候割肉的可能大大增加了,如果能接受割肉的风险我觉得也可以搞个三年短线。毕竟underlying asset本身的价值在资本市场不是最重要的,最重要的只是看有没有接盘侠罢了。
