新房和二手房不一样1) There is no MOP to sell property under the trust. 2) For a new launch property can sell 3 years upon received CSC. 3) For a resale private property, 5 years period is observed. 4) The fact is there is no buyer willing to buy a property under the trust if the number of years is not observed. This is because, under the bankruptcy act, the debtor can claim this property if this is sold within the 5 years period. But they cannot touch it if this is not sold within these 5 years. 我也搜到同样的信息,CSC要比较久才能拿到吧,不是TOP的日子。
而且parc esta建好了?感觉没可能这个房是trust买,还能现在卖出,没有如果这个可能。这只是我肤浅的见识,还希望懂行的来指正。
