其实我觉得LZ似乎听不进别人的意见我觉得你更是想别人支持你，同样认为那个人不好而已。
如果真的是这样，其实大可不必在论坛发贴。
而这件事你是错的根源，他态度恶劣，但整件事的起因明显是你。
我倒是更同意上面楼的说法，不用管别人做什么，修练好自己才是问题的core.

老板回话了还是一样，该批评我的就批评，该出面帮忙讨回公道的老板也做了，现在想想老板说的对，自己的错误应当汲取教训，但也没必要和这种“undiplomatic"的粗人争论太多，事过就了，此事就此尘埃落定。

I was also "reprimanded" by the FSC Safety and I believe it was the same
guy you mentioned. I do agree that professionally this is not the way to
treat us.
I actually had a chat with one of the M&E supervisors and Lantro's Safety
Officer this morning about yesterday's incident and also to highlight the
way we were treated. Both of them highlighted that this is a construction
site and unfortunately, there ARE "undiplomatic" people/supervisor around.
It's part of their job character or usually, they are being treated the
same by their boss so hence, the downstream effect. The M&E supervisor
offered his apologies (on behalf of the company) and thanked us for our
patience. However, he did iterate that we should be adhering to the site
safety rules regardless.
To avoid such incident in future, please ensure that you wear your PPE

也许阁下年轻时也热血过，冲动...)看到这真是笑死，lz老板有这样的下属真是头痛 扯什么做人有血性什么的，所谓的血性就是写封投诉信推到老板那？况且lz老板还不是so的老板好伐。。。lz写信也是极品，一通抱怨却不说希望老板做什么，最后老板为了安抚lz的情绪还得亲自想解决方法，专门找对方说这事，并且还得花时间回信，做了这么多对公司没有value add的工作，全拜lz所赐。说实话，像lz这样在工地都敢摘帽子的，一定是安全意识差到一定境界的了，更别说接受过正统的安全培训了，这点闹大了还不是lz公司自己的疏忽。说实话坡县这么热，作为so在工地上看见这种二愣子，骂两句都是好的，万一lz因为不佩戴好ppe被飞来的砖头钢筋砸死，还不是大家都有责任。
